La unidad agraria en la ordenación territorial: el concepto de explotación estratégica frente a la presión urbana

Abstract

The assumption of competitions in the matter of territorial arrangement on the part of the Communities of Spain is generating the development of different planning that leaves from general directives and that conclude in the urban planning. The rural visions contribute to the arrangement criteria are more and more complex responding to a varied reality. One of the main new features are the proposals of arrangement of the rural spaces and the agrarian activities as the valuation of the ground, or creating new territorial concepts, like the one of strategic farm unit. In spite of present the terminological and territorial enrichment, the city-planning does not incorporate these conceptions and continuous responding, like previously, to urban interests.
