El origen de los derechos y libertades de los extranjeros en España

This article centres on the study of the origin and later evolution of the rights and public freedoms of the foreigners on Spain. Because of it splits of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 that establishes a “constitutional mandate” of developing this topic in organic laws for his later( posterior) application. From the Organic Law 7/1985 the situation has been changing since it was necessary to expire with the established in the article 13 of the “ Great Letter “ of which the foreigners enjoy in Spain of the same rights and obligations that the Spanish. These rights and obligations are gathered in the International Agreements of which Spain forms a part and in the Law of internal application that has been modified in diverse occasions until 4/2000 come to the definitive text of the Organic Law in his current draft with the innovations introduced by the Organic Law 14/23.
