The Elysé Reclus Atmosphere means a synthesis of the advances made in the severas scientific matters at the middle XIX century. He was not really a true investigator, but a compiler of scientific knowledges and those just discovered by the main investigators of his age. His work discusses on the study of the different gases that compase the atmosphere and the winds circulation system; the cyclons origins and the laws that move them; clouds, rain and temperature and their distribution among the world. The dissimilitudes between two hemispheres, between eastern and western coasts of continents, between coastal areas and inland and between plains and mountains.
