The Local Agenda21 as a planning tool: «La Mancha Alta Conquense»

The paper elaborates on the relevance of the of some Local Agenda21 policies implementation to stir up sustainable developments processes. It starts by reviewing different international documents and declarations, addressing some blunders in Spanish policies, which refer to the matter of concern, afterwards. Finally, the main chapters of the Agenda21 for «La Mancha Alta Conquense» are presented, and the results that it is supposed to attain.
