The adoption of innovations and their diffusion in the space in the time constitute a phenomenon of extensives socioeconomic and landscapes repercussions, which are outstanding for the Geographical Science. The levels of innovation generate processes of modernization or grops and human collective stagnation and their production techniques and development levels. This writing analyze the contribution from geography to the study of innovation or change processes and their spatial repercussions.
