Reflection on ethnic conflict and development in Sub-Saharian Africa

This paper reflects on the failure of Black Africa in its development process and the role played by the ethnic conflicts. They hide a series of confrontations between social, political and economic, which have a trigger ethnic, but they are a simplification of reality. The two main factors that have influenced this decision are the degradation of the economic structure and the collapse of political institutions, including the ruling elites.
