This work discusses about the news ways and places of consumption in the urban agglomeration of Madrid, as well the explosion of sites and shapes, the commercial massification, and on the opposite direction, try to selfdistinguish according to the typical individualism in the end of the century. Three variable are been selected: retail, restaurants and cinemas, and the special attention to its location and specialization in the townscape.
