The territorial impact of industrial tertiarization process. The paper tries to analyze the process of tertiary conversion of industry (carr3dng an increase in the so called «internal service» and in the externaHzation of services to production), from de point of vue of territory's reorganization and the difficult interpretation about tendencies of location in a sector so strategic as that of the services to companies. This paper although deals with a general presentation of the problem, would like to cover the existing deficit of research in this field.
