Ageing and health lifestyles in Spain

This research is an approach to the analysis of health lifestyles of the elderly people in Spain, aiming to show their ditferences with younger cohorte, highlighting the role of gender, academic level and income.
The main resulte show negative statistical correlations between age and the maintaining of healthy behaviour, significant ditferences in healthy attitudes by gender, specially in old-old people, and an important incidence of high educational and income level, when we are considering lifestyles necessary for a good state of health, with the exception of tabacco and alcohol consumption.
