Reordenamiento urbano del norte de México: Ensayo preliminar.

For a long time, Mexico's urban national space structuring has been the result of the stratebric exploitation of economic resources. At present, it may be said this structure is inconvenient, however, the actions proposed by official documents to solve the situation have not been implemented. This paper suggests an alternative solution for the urban territorial reordering of those strategic spaces having a bigger development potential.
