The dynamic of the surface winds in Mexico is closely related to the topoform on the different geobrraphic regions; this study deals with the dynamics of the winds in relation to the complex topography that they flow over. The dominant wind direction and intensity, map scale 1:4.000.000 shows its dynamics over the national territory. The atmospheric elements whichi cause the seasonal changes in the original speed and direction of winds is considered.
