The liveweight of the Spanish cattle

The liveweight is a means that makes it possible to analyse, as a whole, the evolution of the different species that make up the Spanish cattle. With reference to this livewieght it is observes that at present animals more prolific and therefore that produce more meat are prefered. These preferences, mostly located in areas of great demand or next to them, have modified the cattle map and have increased the stabling of the animals.
