Migration and the life course: causes and spatial patterns

This is a longitudinal analysis of the mobility causes and patterns of the Spanish generations bom before 1936. Almost half of the residential changes didn't go beyond the province border, generally bound to family reasons (marriage). In the first years of life, the individuals move engaged in the mobility of their parents. In the teen-ages social (studies and other) and economic (first employment, etc.) reasons add to them. Around the 25 years old the economic and family reasons highlight.
