Actually, the strong ageing of agrarian business in Extremadura suppose an importait lost in the laboral market in rural world, but this aspect is diferent for the diversus extremenian landscape. This situation has produced différents solutions to minimize this problem, some measures has been taken to incentive the abandonment of prodution for oldest business and to possibilité the young people's incoporation to agrarian sector.
